The New Economy Hub, an initiative of the African Climate Foundation, is inviting proposals for an Outcome Evaluation of the New Economy Hub Strategy and Programmes (2023–2026).
Since 2023, the New Economy Hub has partnered with civil society organisations, media actors, researchers, and campaigners working to advance a just, equitable, and decarbonised economy in South Africa.
This evaluation will assess the relevance, effectiveness, and outcomes of NEH’s work and generate learning to inform the Hub’s next strategic phase (2026–2029).
Location: South Africa
Contract period: 4–6 months
We are seeking experienced evaluators or teams with expertise in:
• Outcome-level programme evaluation
• Climate, energy transition, development, or public policy
• Civil society ecosystems and systems change
• Participatory research and mixed-methods evaluation
Applicants must be based in South Africa and eligible to work in the country.
